Biography

Shauna R. Anderson combines legal expertise with compassionate guidance to help families navigate estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters. As a partner at Law Stein Anderson, LLP, she works collaboratively with clients to protect their interests and ensure their wishes are carried out with care and precision.

Shauna is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Law, an accreditation earned by fewer than one percent of California attorneys. For more than a decade, she has dedicated her career to helping individuals prepare for incapacity, guide wealth transfers across generations, and manage the complex responsibilities that come with fiduciary roles.

Known for her balance of empathy and precision, Shauna understands that estate and trust matters often carry deep personal and emotional weight. She provides clarity, structure, and reassurance, helping clients make informed decisions with confidence and peace of mind. Her proactive, hands-on approach alleviates stress and ensures every client feels supported and understood.

Shauna earned her Juris Doctor (cum laude) from the University of La Verne College of Law, where she served as an editor of the Law Review.

She lives in Orange County with her husband and three children. Outside of her legal practice, Shauna enjoys camping, spending time at the beach, and supporting advocacy initiatives for children with disabilities.
