Biography

Shauna R. Anderson, owner of Law Stein Anderson, LLP, is a tenacious advocate for her clients and fights for them during family inheritance disputes or probate. She works collaboratively with her clients to protect them when creating and administering an estate plan. She is a Certified Specialist issued by the California State Board of Legal Specialization in the areas of estate planning, trust administration, and probate administration⁠—an achievement less than 1% of California estate planning attorneys have accomplished. For over a decade, her legal career has focused on protecting individuals in the event of incapacity and helping navigate wealth transfers from generation to generation. 

Shauna possesses the invaluable traits of both genuine compassion for her clients and sound legal judgement.  She understands not only the intricate complexities of the law, but appreciates the emotional challenges one can go through while preparing an estate plan or performing trust administration duties immediately after the passing of a loved one.
