Biography

Monique brings a rare combination of legal experience, financial understanding, and compassionate client care to fiduciary services. Over the past seven years, Monique has built her legal career with a focus on trusts and estates. She began her career at KPMG before transitioning into estate planning, trust administration, and trust litigation, where she has spent the past five years assisting individuals and families with complex trust and estate matters.

Her experience as a trust and estates attorney provides her with a strong understanding of the legal responsibilities, fiduciary duties, and practical challenges that can arise during trust and estate administration. In addition, her background with a tax and business emphasis has equipped her with a detail-oriented approach to financial management, asset oversight, and organizational planning.

Long before entering the legal profession, Monique worked closely with elderly individuals through in-home care services during her college years. In that role, she assisted with day-to-day financial management, bill paying, transportation to medical appointments, and personalized support for clients and families. That experience gave her firsthand insight into the personal side of caregiving and the importance of understanding not only financial and legal needs, but also the day-to-day support, dignity, and human connection that individuals and families rely on.

Today, Monique combines her legal background, financial acumen, and compassionate approach to provide professional fiduciary services grounded in integrity, responsiveness, organization, and personal attention. She is dedicated to helping clients and families navigate complex financial and personal matters with confidence, care, and peace of mind.
